Abstract

В настоящей выпускной квалификационной работе исследованы особенности обеспечения расследования преступлений в долевом строительстве, установлены основные проблемные аспекты такого расследования в рамках действующего уголовного и уголовно-процессуального законодательства Российской Федерации. Результатом исследования выступают предложения по совершенствованию законодательства в области правового регулирования расследования преступлений, совершаемых в долевом строительстве.

In this final qualification work, the features of ensuring the investigation of crimes in shared construction are investigated, the main problematic aspects of such an investigation are established within the framework of the current criminal and criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation. The result of the study are proposals for improving the legislation in the field of legal regulation of the investigation of crimes committed in shared construction.
