Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра:«Разработка модели интеллектуальной инфраструктуры медицинской организации».Цель работы: разработка модели интеллектуальной инфраструктуры медицинской организации.Задачи работы:− анализ трендов развития здравоохранения и современного состояние теории и практики в области подходов к сбору, обработке и анализу данных с применением интеллектуальной инфраструктуры;− определение места интеллектуальной инфраструктуры в архитектуре информационного обмена медицинской организации;− определение требований к сервисам интеллектуальной инфраструктуры медицинской организации;− разработка архитектурных моделей отдельных элементов интеллектуальной инфраструктуры медицинской организации;− оценка эффективности использования архитектурного подхода при внедрении элементов интеллектуальной инфраструктуры медицинской организации.Использованные методы: сравнительный анализ, архитектурное моделирование, cбор и обработка данных, методы оценки эффективности проектов комплексного внедрения ИТ- архитектуры.Результаты работы: изучена информация о применении интеллектуальной инфраструктуры в медицинских организациях, описаны требования к сервисам интеллектуальной инфраструктуры, разработаны архитектурные модели, обоснован эффект от применения архитектурного подхода к проектированию интеллектуальной инфраструктуры медицинской организации.Практическая значимость работы заключается в возможности применения разработанных архитектурных решений в частных и государственных высокотехнологичных медицинских организациях.Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

Theme of the graduate qualification work of bachelor:«Development of an intelligent infrastructure model for a medical organization».The purpose of the work: development of an intelligent infrastructure model for a medical organization.Tasks of work:− analysis of trends in healthcare and the current state of theory and practice in approaches to data collection, processing and analysis using intelligent infrastructure;− determine the place of intellectual infrastructure in the architecture of information exchange of medical organization;− definition of the requirements to the intellectual infrastructure services of the medical organization;− development of architectural models of individual elements of the intellectual infrastructure of a medical organization;− evaluate the effectiveness of using the architectural approach in the implementation of the elements of the intellectual infrastructure of a medical organization.Methods: comparative analysis, architecture modeling, data collection and processing, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of complex IT architecture implementation projects.The main results of the work: information on the application of intelligent infrastructure in medical organizations is studied, the requirements to the services of intelligent infrastructure are developed, architectural models are developed, the effect of the architectural approach to the design of the intelligent infrastructure of a medical organization is substantiated.The practical significance of the work consists in the possibility of applying the developed architectural solutions in private and public high- tech medical organizations.Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
