Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Разработка ИТ-архитектуры умной клиники».Целью работы является проектирование информационно-технологической модели целевой архитектуры медицинской организации.Задачи работы:-  Проанализировать уровень информатизации здравоохранения, выявить проблемы и обосновать необходимость перехода к концепции Smart Hospital;-  Непосредственно разработать типовую и целевую модель архитектуры медицинской организации с применением архитектурного подхода;- Разработать проект внедрения целевой архитектуры медицинской организации и оценить эффективность внедрения. Работа выполнена на базе материалов из открытых источников и исследований на тему цифровизации здравоохранения. Использованные методы: архитектурное моделирование, методы управления проектами, методы оценки экономической эффективности.Основные результаты работы: - Проведён анализ информатизации здравоохранения, выявлены проблемы, обоснована необходимость перехода к концепции Smart Hospital, выбрано необходимое программное обеспечение и умные устройства;- Смоделированы модели типовой архитектуры медицинской организации, мотивационного расширения, порядка миграции и целевой архитектуры;- Проведена оценка эффективности проекта внедрения, рассчитаны показатели простой нормы прибыли и простого срока окупаемости.Практическая значимость работы обусловлена положительными результатами для медицинской организации в виде повышения качества оказываемых услуг и увеличения выручки.Выводы: Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. 

Theme of the graduate qualification work of bachelor: "Development of Smart Hospital IT-architecture."The purpose of the work – designing an information technology model of the target architecture of a medical organization.Tasks of work:- Analyze the level of healthcare informatization, identify problems and justify the need to switch to the Smart Hospital concept;- Directly develop a standard and target model of the architecture of a medical organization using an architecture framework;- Develop a project for the implementation of the target architecture of a medical organization and evaluate the project effectiveness.Work is performed on the basis of materials from open sources and healthcare informatization researches.Methods used: architectural modeling, project management methods, cost-effectiveness assessment methods.Work results:- The analysis of healthcare informatization was carried out, problems were identified, the need to switch to the Smart Hospital concept was justified, the necessary software and smart devices were selected;- Models of the medical organization typical architecture, motivation viewpoint, migration viewpoint and target architecture are modeled;- An assessment of the project effectiveness was carried out, indicators of a simple profit margin and a simple payback period were calculated.The practical significance of the work is due to the positive results for the medical organization in the form of improving the quality of services provided and increasing revenue.Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
