Abstract

The present work is devoted to the processing of data obtained by ZEISS microscopes using the Spark framework. The aim of the work is to develop and implement an efficient parallel algorithm for processing ZEISS data using the capabilities of the Spark framework for analyzing the workload of laboratory equipment. The paper considers the CZI format for storing ZEISS data. Learned the Spark framework. A parallel algorithm for processing CZI files is proposed, taking into account the peculiarities of information representation in these files and the capabilities of the Spark framework. The result of the work is a software implementation of this algorithm and its application to analyze the workload of the laboratory.
