Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Проект разработки методики оценки компетенций сотрудников предприятия с использованием цифрового следа». Цель работы - разработка методики оценки компетенций сотрудников компании с использованием цифрового следа. Дана характеристика компании. Проведен анализ проблем отдела кадров при оценке компетенций сотрудников, выявлено, что основной проблемой являются большие трудозатраты на процесс проведения оценки. Проанализированы различные подходы при оценке компетенций и использовании цифрового следа. Описана разработка методики оценки компетенций сотрудников с помощью цифрового следа. Проведено исследование возможностей методики на примере компании. Результаты оценки визуализированы с помощью Microsoft Power Bi. Проведена апробация методики. Для управления проектом применен логико-структурный подход. Проанализированы риски проекта. Разработан план реализации проекта с помощью Microsoft Project. Приведено экономическое обоснование проекта. Результаты работы могут использоваться в любой компании, использующей компетентностный подход при оценке сотрудников.

Topic of the final qualification work: "Project for the development of a methodology for assessing the competencies of employees of an enterprise using a digital footprint". The purpose of the work is to develop a methodology for assessing the competencies of company employees using a digital footprint. The characteristics of the company are given. The analysis of the problems of the personnel department in assessing the competencies of employees was carried out, it was revealed that the main problem is the high labor costs for the assessment process. Various approaches are analyzed in assessing competencies and using a digital footprint. The development of a methodology for assessing the competencies of employees using a digital footprint is described. A study of the possibilities of the methodology was carried out on the example of a company. Assessment results visualized using Microsoft Power Bi. The technique was tested.A logical-structural approach was applied to project management. Project risks are analyzed. A project implementation plan was developed using Microsoft Project. The economic substantiation of the project is given. The results of the work can be used in any company that uses a competency-based approach in assessing employees.
