Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «Проект разработки методики оценки компетенций Ñотрудников предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð¸Ñпользованием цифрового Ñледа». Цель работы - разработка методики оценки компетенций Ñотрудников компании Ñ Ð¸Ñпользованием цифрового Ñледа. Дана характериÑтика компании. Проведен анализ проблем отдела кадров при оценке компетенций Ñотрудников, выÑвлено, что оÑновной проблемой ÑвлÑÑŽÑ‚ÑÑ Ð±Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÑˆÐ¸Ðµ трудозатраты на процеÑÑ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ¸. Проанализированы различные подходы при оценке компетенций и иÑпользовании цифрового Ñледа. ОпиÑана разработка методики оценки компетенций Ñотрудников Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ цифрового Ñледа. Проведено иÑÑледование возможноÑтей методики на примере компании. Результаты оценки визуализированы Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ Microsoft Power Bi. Проведена Ð°Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð±Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð¸ÐºÐ¸. Ð”Ð»Ñ ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ применен логико-Ñтруктурный подход. Проанализированы риÑки проекта. Разработан план реализации проекта Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ Microsoft Project. Приведено ÑкономичеÑкое обоÑнование проекта. Результаты работы могут иÑпользоватьÑÑ Ð² любой компании, иÑпользующей компетентноÑтный подход при оценке Ñотрудников.
Topic of the final qualification work: "Project for the development of a methodology for assessing the competencies of employees of an enterprise using a digital footprint". The purpose of the work is to develop a methodology for assessing the competencies of company employees using a digital footprint. The characteristics of the company are given. The analysis of the problems of the personnel department in assessing the competencies of employees was carried out, it was revealed that the main problem is the high labor costs for the assessment process. Various approaches are analyzed in assessing competencies and using a digital footprint. The development of a methodology for assessing the competencies of employees using a digital footprint is described. A study of the possibilities of the methodology was carried out on the example of a company. Assessment results visualized using Microsoft Power Bi. The technique was tested.A logical-structural approach was applied to project management. Project risks are analyzed. A project implementation plan was developed using Microsoft Project. The economic substantiation of the project is given. The results of the work can be used in any company that uses a competency-based approach in assessing employees.
