Abstract

Данная работа посвящена проектированию системы для поддержки процесса разработки и согласования документов, а также разработке прототипа этой системы на базе выбранной платформы. Задачи, которые решались в ходе работы: Сбор сведений о предприятии и выявление требований к системе. Проведение анализа и проектирования организации процесса. Выбор платформы для разработки прототипа системы по разработке и согласованию документов. Проектирование информационной системы для поддержки процесса на базе выбранной платформы. Формирование проекта регламента выполнения процесса. Апробация информационной системы поддержки процесса разработки и согласования документов. В ходе работы был проведен анализ процесса разработки и согласования документов, а также обозначены роли, принимающие участие в процессе. На основе проведенного анализа и выявленных требований были подобраны четыре варианта платформ. По результатам проведенных оценок для реализации разработки прототипа информационной системы была выбрана платформа Планфикс. В результате был создан прототип информационной системы для поддержки процесса разработки и согласования документов на базе платформы Планфикс. Он позволит четко отслеживать то, как каждый документ проходит внутри процесса, а также поможет соблюдать сроки, которые отведены на выполнение каждой стадии процесса. После завершения разработки прототипа был сформирован проект регламента по выполнению процесса с использованием платформы Планфикс.

This work is devoted to designing a system to support the process of development and approval of documents, as well as developing a prototype of this system based on the selected platform. The research set the following goals: Gathering information about the company and identifying requirements for the system. Analysis and design of the of the process organization. Choosing a platform for developing a prototype system for the development and approval of documents. Designing an information system to support the process based on the selected platform. Formation of the draft regulations for the implementation of the process. Approbation of an information system to support the process of developing and approving documents.In the course of the work, an analysis of the process of developing and approving documents was carried out, as well as the roles involved in the process were identified. Based on the analysis and identified requirements, four platform options were selected. According to the results of the assessments, the Planfix platform was chosen to develop a prototype information system. As a result, a prototype of an information system to support the process of developing and approving documents was created on the Planfix platform. It will allow you to clearly track how each document relocates through the process, and it will also help you meet the deadlines that are necessary for each stage of the process. After the prototype development was completed, a draft regulation on the implementation of the process using the Planfix platform was formed.
