Abstract

An automated theater lift has been designed. An efficient mechanism was chosen for it and an electric drive based on pushing chains and a geared motor was calculated. Electrical circuit diagrams of power circuits and control circuits have been developed. The commissioning of the frequency converter and the setting of the tabular positioning application module using an absolute encoder are described. A graphical interface has been developed for convenient and safe control of the lifting platform from a computer. The novelty of the developed system lies in the use of four chain supports on the platform without the use of support in the form of guides or a scissor mechanism, which increases the efficiency of the mechanism, simplifies the assembly and maintenance of the units, and also allows you to lift to a height up to 6 meters with minimum overall dimensions when folded.
