
Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «Судовой двигатель мощноÑтью 1250 кВт» Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена раÑчёту и проектированию Ñудового дизельного двигателÑ, разработке ÑиÑтемы наддува, ÑмазываниÑ, Ð¾Ñ…Ð»Ð°Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ топливоподачи. Задачи, которые были решены в процеÑÑе работы:1. РаÑчёт рабочего процеÑÑа 2. ДинамичеÑкий раÑчёт Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ 3. Ðнализирование уравновешенноÑти Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ 4. РаÑчёт коленчатого вала, шатуна и поршневого кольца на прочноÑть5. Разработка и раÑчёт ÑиÑтемы наддува6. Разработка чертежей Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ (продольный и поперечный разрез). При разработке Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð» поведён анализ тенденции в проектировании Ñредне и выÑокооборотных Ñудовых дизельных двигателей. Был поÑчитан рабочий процеÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾ методу Гриневецкого – Мазинга, проведён динамичеÑкий раÑчёт и анализ уравновешенноÑти. РаÑÑчитаны на прочноÑть: шатун, коленчатый вал и поршневое кольцо. При разработке Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð¸ÑпользовалиÑÑŒ такие программы, как «Microsoft Word», «Microsoft Excel», «КОМПÐС – 3D», «Autodesk Inventor».
The theme of graduation qualification work: «Marine engine with a power of 1250 kW»This work is devoted to the calculation and design of a marine diesel engine, the development of a pressurization, lubrication, cooling, and fuel supply system. Tasks that were solved in the course of work:Calculation of the working process.-Dynamic calculation of the engine.-Engine balance analysis.-Calculation of the crankshaft, connecting rod and piston ring for strength.-Development and calculation of the boost system.-Development of engine drawings (longitudinal and cross-section).-During the development of the engine, an analysis was made of the trend in the design of medium and high-speed marine diesel engines. The working process was calculated according to the Grinevetsky-Mazing method, dynamic calculation and balance analysis were carried out. Designed for strength: connecting rod, crankshaft, and piston ring.When developing the engine, programs such as «Microsoft Word», «Microsoft Excel», «KOMPAS - 3D», «Autodesk Inventor» were used.
