Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: “Газотурбинная установка”. Целью данной работы является разработка газотурбинной установки мощностью 4,3 МВт на основе прототипа ГТУ-4П.В ходе выполнения данной работы производятся:1) Расчет тепловой схемы и выбор оптимальных параметров;2) Приближенный расчет осевого компрессора, а именно каскады вы-сокого и низкого давления, затем на основании результатов определяется количество ступеней;3) Расчет камеры сгорания;4) Приближенный расчет турбин высокого и низкого давления, газо-динамический расчет силовой турбины, получение геометрических размеров.5) Построение треугольников скоростей и профилирование проточной части;6) Прочностной расчет элементов силовой турбины с целью проверки вибронадежности этих элементов. На основании всех вычислений разрабатывается чертеж продольного раз-реза всей ГТУ.

The subject of the graduate of qualification work is «A gas turbine unit ».The aim of this work is to design a gas turbine unit with a capacity of 4,3 MW, based on the gas turbine unit “GTU-4P”.In the process of this work were produced:1) Calculation of the thermal scheme and the choice of the optimal parameters;2) An approximate calculation of the axial compressor, particularly the cascades of high and low pressure were calculated, then based on the results the number of stages in each cascade is assigned;3) Calculation of the combustion chamber;4) An approximate calculation of high-pressure and low-pressure turbines, a gas-dynamic calculation of the power turbine to receive the geometric dimensions5) Designing of the velocity triangles and profiling of the flow section.6) Calculation of the strength of the basic elements of the power turbine in order to check the vibration reliability of these elements.Based on these calculations the drawing of the lengthwise cut is produced.
