Целью данной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° газотурбинной уÑтановки мощноÑтью 4,3 МВт на оÑнове прототипа ГТУ-4П.Ð’ ходе Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ работы производÑÑ‚ÑÑ:1) РаÑчет тепловой Ñхемы и выбор оптимальных параметров;2) Приближенный раÑчет оÑевого компреÑÑора, а именно каÑкады вы-Ñокого и низкого давлениÑ, затем на оÑновании результатов определÑетÑÑ ÐºÐ¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑтво Ñтупеней;3) РаÑчет камеры ÑгораниÑ;4) Приближенный раÑчет турбин выÑокого и низкого давлениÑ, газо-динамичеÑкий раÑчет Ñиловой турбины, получение геометричеÑких размеров.5) ПоÑтроение треугольников ÑкороÑтей и профилирование проточной чаÑти;6) ПрочноÑтной раÑчет Ñлементов Ñиловой турбины Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÑŒÑŽ проверки вибронадежноÑти Ñтих Ñлементов. Ðа оÑновании вÑех вычиÑлений разрабатываетÑÑ Ñ‡ÐµÑ€Ñ‚ÐµÐ¶ продольного раз-реза вÑей ГТУ.
The subject of the graduate of qualification work is «A gas turbine unit ».The aim of this work is to design a gas turbine unit with a capacity of 4,3 MW, based on the gas turbine unit “GTU-4Pâ€.In the process of this work were produced:1) Calculation of the thermal scheme and the choice of the optimal parameters;2) An approximate calculation of the axial compressor, particularly the cascades of high and low pressure were calculated, then based on the results the number of stages in each cascade is assigned;3) Calculation of the combustion chamber;4) An approximate calculation of high-pressure and low-pressure turbines, a gas-dynamic calculation of the power turbine to receive the geometric dimensions5) Designing of the velocity triangles and profiling of the flow section.6) Calculation of the strength of the basic elements of the power turbine in order to check the vibration reliability of these elements.Based on these calculations the drawing of the lengthwise cut is produced.
