Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Проект инженерной подготовки территории малоэтажной жилой застройки в Псковской области».Цель данной работы организация генерального плана территории малоэтажной городской застройки и ее инженерная подготовка.Задачи, решаемые в ходе выполнения работы:− выполнение генерального плана населенного пункта с делением на функциональные зоны, включающего 4 участка под здания типа «таунхаус» с 9 секциями и 36 участков под трехэтажные многоквартирные здания, улично-дорожную сеть, площадки для сбора отходов, парк с ОПСС и административно-бытовым центром;− выполнение организации рельефа населенного пункта, одной из главных улиц, фрагмента жилой застройки и участка ОПСС;− разработка системы дождевой канализации и дренажной системы;− разработка мероприятий по санитарной очистке территории, включающих генеральный план и организацию рельефа контейнерной площадки, расчет количества контейнеров для ТКО, КГО и раздельного сбора отходов.Выпускная квалификационная работы выполнена в соответствии с заданием на проектирование территории жилой застройки и требованиями нормативных документов.

The subject of the final qualification work: "The project of engineering preparation of the territory of low-rise residential development in the Pskov region".The purpose of this work is the preparation of general layout for the territory of urban development and its land use engineering.In the course of the work there are tasks to be solved:− realization of the general layout of the built-up area divided into functional zones, including 4 plots for townhouse-type buildings with 9 sections and 36 plots for three-story apartment buildings, road network, waste collection sites, the recreation area that comprises outdoor sports facility and administrative center;− implementation of the relief organization of the built-up area, one of the main streets, the fragment of residential development and the sport facility;− development of storm water sewage and drainage system;− development of measures for sanitary purification of the territory, including the general plan and relief organization of the waste disposal area, the calculation of the number of containers for MSW, bulky waste and separate collection of waste.The final qualification work was carried out in accordance with the terms of design assignment of residential development and the requirements of building by-laws.
