Abstract

Бакалаврская работа посвящена разработке автомата, предназначенного для подкачки шин легковых автомобилей и для подачи воды в извлекаемую из автомата емкость, используемую для мойки остеклений автомобиля на площадке АЗС. В работе произведен обзор устройств, используемых для подкачки шин, обоснован объект модернизации и исследована структура автомата, разработана комбинированная схема автомата, обоснованы параметры механизмов, а также разработана 3D-модель. Стремление повысить безопасность движения привело к появлению ряда новых решений для шин. Важнейшим шагом стало создание автомата подкачки шин. Большинство автомобилистов перестали пользоваться обычными насосами и используют для подкачки шин автомат. На российском рынке имеется много моделей с различными параметрами и показателями по производительности. Данная система интуитивно легка в понимании автолюбителю.

The bachelor's work is devoted to the development of a machine designed for inflating passenger car tires and for supplying water to a container extracted from the machine, used to clean car windows at the gas station site. The paper provides an overview of the devices used for tire inflation, substantiates the object of modernization and investigates the structure of the machine, develops a combined scheme of the machine, substantiates the parameters of the mechanisms, and develops a 3D model. Commited to improving driving safety through a range of new tire solutions. Themost important step was the creation of a tire inflation machine. Most cars stopped using conventional pumps and began to use automatic tire inflation machines. There are many models on the Russian market with parameters and performance parameters. This is a system of increased lightness in relation to the motorist.
