Выпускная квалификационная работа представлена двумя главами. Первая глава работы посвящена исследованию теоретических и правовых основ судебной экспертизы цифровых документов. В рамках перовой главы раскрыты такие вопросы как: понятие и сущность цифрового документа; предмет, объект и задачи экспертизы цифровых документов; классификации цифровых документов как объектов судебной экспертизы; развитие и современные правовые основы использования цифровых документов как источников доказательств. Вторая глава работы посвящена исследованию методических основ судебной экспертизы цифровых документов. В рамках второй главы раскрыты такие вопросы как: методика производства фототехнической экспертизы цифровых документов; судебная экспертиза видео и звукозаписей; проблемы компьютерно-технической экспертизы.

The final qualifying work is presented in two chapters. The first chapter of the work is devoted to the study of the theoretical and legal foundations of the examination of digital documents. Within the framework of the first chapter, such issues as: the concept and essence of a digital document; the subject, object and tasks of the examination of digital documents; classification of digital documents as objects of forensic examination; development and modern legal foundations for the use of digital documents as sources of evidence are disclosed. The second chapter of the work is devoted to the study of the methodological foundations of the examination of digital documents. Within the framework of the second chapter, such issues as: methods of production of phototechnical examination of digital documents; forensic examination of video and sound recordings; problems of computer-technical expertise are disclosed.
