Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка digital стратегии продвижения IT продукта на рынке B2B.Данная работа посвящена разработке стратегии продвижения IT продукта предприятия. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи:1. Изучение маркетинговых и торговых процессов предприятия Digital Design;2. Обзор современных трендов в маркетинге;3. Исследование потребителей;4. Разработка стратегии продвижения продукта в интернете;5. Оценка эффективности разработанных процессов.Работа выполнялась в Обществе с ограниченной ответственностью «Диджитал Дизайн». В ходе работы были рассмотрены торговые и маркетинговые процессы IT предприятия и их состав, современные цифровые технологии в торговле, требования законодательства в сфере производства программного обеспечения. Также были обозначены показатели эффективности - KPI.Результатом работы стала разработка для ООО «Диджитал Дизайн» стратегия продвижения продукта SumMeet на основе новейших трендов в B2B маркетинге, которые были предложены к внедрению.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Development of a digital strategy for promoting an IT product in the B2B market”.This work is devoted to the development of a strategy for promoting the company's IT product. In the course of the research, the following tasks were solved:1. Study of marketing and trading processes of the Digital Design enterprise;2. Overview of current trends in marketing;3. Consumer research;4. Development of a product promotion strategy on the Internet;5. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed processes.The work was carried out in the Limited Liability Company "Digital Design". In the course of the work, the trade and marketing processes of the IT enterprise and their composition, modern digital technologies in trade, legal requirements in the field of software production were considered. Performance indicators - KPIs - were also identified.The result of the work was the development of a SumMeet product promotion strategy for Digital Design LLC based on the latest trends in B2B marketing, which were proposed for implementation.
