Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: Исследование бизнес-стратегии интернационализации транснациональных компаний (на примере немецкой  «Volkswagen group»). Цель исследования - интернационализации транснациональных компаний на примере немецкой Volkswagen group. Задачи работы:- раскрыть сущность бизнес-стратегии;- изучить особенности ТНК и процесса интернационализации транснациональных компаний;- провести анализ успешности и эффективности бизнес-стратегии интернационализации транснациональных компаний;- дать характеристику деятельности Volkswagen group;- провести анализ показателей финансовой деятельности Volkswagen group;- реализовать оценку бизнес-стратегии интернационализации транснациональной компании Volkswagen group;- выявить проблемы бизнес-стратегии интернационализации транснациональной компании Volkswagen group на российском рынке;- разработать меры по совершенствованию бизнес-стратегии интернационализации транснациональной компании Volkswagen group на российском рынке. При выполнении работы были использованы также сведения и данные из монографий, учебников и статей отечественных и зарубежных исследователей, сведений из сети интернет, внутренней документации исследуемого предприятия, глобальной сети интернет. Практическая значимость исследования. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы для решения проблем и для совершенствования работы ТНК.

Topic of the final qualification work: Research of the business strategy of internationalization of multinational companies (on the example of the German «Volkswagen group»). The purpose of the study is the internationalization of transnational companies on the example of the German Volkswagen group. Work tasks:- reveal the essence of the business strategy;- study the features of TNCs and the process of internationalization of transnational companies;- analyze the success and effectiveness of the business strategy of internationalization of transnational companies;- characterize the activities of the Volkswagen group;- to analyze the indicators of the financial activity of the Volkswagen group;- implement an assessment of the internationalization business strategy of the transnational company Volkswagen group;- to identify the problems of the business strategy of the internationalization of the transnational company Volkswagen group in the Russian market;- to develop measures to improve the business strategy of the internationalization of the transnational company Volkswagen group in the Russian market. When performing the work, information and data from monographs, textbooks and articles by domestic and foreign researchers, information from the Internet, internal documentation of the enterprise under study, and the global Internet were also used. The practical significance of the study. The results of the study can be used to solve problems and improve the work of  TNCs.
