Abstract

Тема ВКРбакалавра: «Формирование рекомендаций по повышению конкурентоспособности международной организации». Цель работы - формирование рекомендаций по повышению конкурентоспособности международной организации на примере «Emirates Airlines». Работа выполнена на материалах международной организации «Emirates Airlines», чьи данные были взяты в ходе исследования. Использованные методы: сравнительный анализ, метод оценки конкурентоспособности, методы стратегического планирования. Результаты работы: – изучены теоретические аспекты повышения конкурентоспособности международной организации, а также исследованы инструменты повышения конкурентоспособности; – проведен анализ рынка авиационной отрасли; – рассмотрена деятельность исследуемой компании; – сформированы рекомендации, способные повысить уровень конкурентоспособности компании. В ходе исследования было выявлено, что компании необходима разработка новых продуктов или услуг, а также участие в инновационных проектах, тем самым было предложено внедрение NFT-продуктов в программу лояльности, что в будущем выведет компанию на новый уровень на рынке. Область применения результатов ВКР– авиационная отрасль, методы оценки могут быть использованы при анализе других международных компаний, а также при решении задач управления. Выводы: Задачи ВКРвыполнены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.  

The title of the bachelor graduate qualification: "Formation of recommendations for improving the competitiveness of an international organization". The aim of the graduate qualification work is to form recommendations for improving the competitiveness of an international organization using the example of Emirates Airlines. The work has been carried out on the materials of the international organization "Emirates Airlines", whose data were taken during the study. Research methods used: comparative analysis, competitiveness assessment method, strategic planning methods. The main results of the graduate qualification work: – the theoretical aspects of increasing the competitiveness of an international organization have been studied, as well as the tools for increasing competitiveness have been studied; – the analysis of the aviation industry market was carried out; – the activity of the company under study is considered; – recommendations are formed that can increase the level of competitiveness of the company. During the research, it was revealed that the company needs to develop new products or services, as well as participate in innovative projects, thereby introducing NFT products into the loyalty program was proposed, which in the future will take the company to a new level in the market. The areas of the qualification work results application - the aviation industry, evaluation methods can be used in the analysis of other international companies, as well as in solving management problems. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. The tasks of the graduate qualification work have been completed, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined.
