Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Проектирование здания лабораторно-инженерного корпуса в п. Ямбург».Цель работы – подготовка схемы организации земельного участка на территории Лабораторно-инженерного корпуса в п. Ямбург, проектирование перекрытия второго этажа путем расчета сборной ребристой железобетонной плиты, подбор ограждающей конструкции здания с помощью теплотехнического расчета на основании СП 50.13330.2012 «СНиП 23-02-2003. Тепловая защита зданий», осуществление управления проектом строительства Лабораторно-инженерного корпуса с предоставлением календарного и ресурсного планирования, подсчет бюджет проекта.Результатом работы является разработанная схема организации земельного участка, подсчет технико-экономических показателей участка, расчет сборной ребристой железобетонной плиты перекрытия второго этажа, по результатам которого составлена монтажная схема и подсчитано количество арматуры для типовой плиты. Произведен теплотехнический расчет ограждающих конструкций здания, приведено обоснование выбора утеплителя, путем сравнения основных параметров и свойств. Подобран рекуператор и предложены дополнительные меры по энергосбережению. Осуществлено управление проектом строительства с предоставлением календарного и ресурсного планирования. Разработан бюджет проекта совместно с графиком финансирования. 

The topic of the bachelor's final qualifying work: «Design of the building of the laboratory and engineering building in the village of Yamburg».The purpose of the work is to prepare a scheme for the organization of a land plot on the territory of the Laboratory Engineering Building in the village of Yamburg, the design of the overlap of the second floor by calculating a prefabricated ribbed reinforced concrete slab, the selection of the enclosing structure of the building using a thermal calculation based on SP 50.13330.2012 "SNiP 23-02-2003. Thermal protection of buildings", implementation of project management for the construction of a Laboratory and engineering building with the provision of calendar and resource planning, calculation of the project budget.The result of the work is the developed scheme of the organization of the land plot, the calculation of the technical and economic indicators of the site, the calculation of the combined ribbed reinforced concrete floor slab of the second floor, according to the results of which the wiring diagram was drawn up and the number of fittings for a standard plate was calculated. The thermal engineering calculation of the building's enclosing structures was carried out, the rationale for the choice of insulation was given by comparing the main parameters and properties. A recuperator has been selected and additional energy-saving measures have been proposed. The construction project was managed with the provision of calendar and resource planning. The project budget has been developed together with the financing schedule.
