Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Франчайзинг как инструмент выхода на рынок». Данная работа посвящена анализу франчайзинга как инструменту развития собственного бизнеса. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: Изучить теоретические аспекты и сущность франчайзинга; Дать характеристику сети школ классической хореографии «Азбука Балета»; Проанализировать эффективность организации франчайзинга «Азбука Балета» в Санкт-Петербурге. Работа выполнялась в школе «Азбука Балета». В ходе работы были рассмотрены теоретические знания о франчайзинге, рассмотрен внутренний анализ школы классической хореографии «Азбука Балета», а также проведен маркетинговый и конкурентный анализ, проведена оценка экономического состояния школ классической хореографии «Азбука Балета», подсчитаны расходы на открытие школы, а также примерный срок окупаемости. Результатом работы стала разработка для школы «Азбука Балета» преимуществ занятий в школе «Азбука Балета», подсчитан примерный срок окупаемости инвестиций, вложенных на открытие школы классической хореографии «Азбука Балета» в Санкт-Петербурге.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is "Franchising as a tool for entering the market". The given work is devoted to the development of trade and technological processes of a retail enterprise, taking into account the introduction of new digital technologies. In the process of this research, the following tasks were solved: To study the theoretical aspects and essence of franchising. To characterize the network of classical choreography schools "Azbuka Baleta". To analyze the effectiveness of the organization of the "Azbuka Baleta" franchise in St. Petersburg. The work was carried out in the school "Azbuka Baleta". In the course of the work, theoretical knowledge about franchising was considered, an internal analysis of the classical choreography school "Azbuka Baleta" was considered, as well as a marketing and competitive analysis was carried out, an assessment of the economic condition of the classical choreography schools "Azbuka Baleta" was carried out. the costs of opening a school are calculated, as well as the approximate payback period. The result of the work was the development of classes at the school "Azbuka Baleta" of the advantages of classes at the school "Azbuka Baleta", the approximate payback period of investments invested in the opening of the school of classical choreography "Azbuka Baleta» in St. Petersburg was calculated.
