ÐœÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ управления мероприятиями по снижению сбросов ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð´ на Правобережной ТЭЦ ПАО «ТГК-1»

Abstract

Цель данной работы заключается в обосновании эффективности существующих мероприятий по снижению сбросов сточных вод на Правобережной ТЭЦ–5 и прогнозирование дальнейших путей развития компании в этом направлении. В соответствии с целью была исследована проблема загрязнения сточными водами окружающей среды и определены оптимальные пути ее решения, изучены и описаны  мероприятия по снижению сбросов сточных вод на Правобережной ТЭЦ и механизм их управления, обоснована эффективность мероприятий и спрогнозированы дальнейшие пути развития ПАО «ТГК–1» в области снижения сбросов. Работа проведена на базе внутренних документов Правобережной ТЭЦ, где была собрана основная часть фактологического материала: объем капитальных вложений, чертежи локально-очистных сооружений, данные по водоотведению оборудования и общему водоотведению, показатели расхода и продолжительности сброса, значения предельно допустимой концентрации загрязняющих веществ. На основе документов и данных при использовании методов анализа, сбора и обработки данных и классификации была рассмотрена проблема сточных вод, а также описан механизм управления мероприятиями по их снижению. С помощью диаграммы Ганта были рассмотрены этапы реализации мероприятий, при использовании методов оценки эффективности проектов были рассчитаны основные показатели эффективности. В результате были получены показатели чистого дисконтированного дохода, внутренней нормы доходности, индекса доходности и срока окупаемости, каждый из которых подтверждает эффективность реализованных мероприятий. В конце был дан прогноз для дальнейшего развития компании в области сбросов.

The purpose of this work is to substantiate the effectiveness of existing measures to reduce emissions of pollutants at the Pravoberezhnaya CHP and to predict further ways of development of the enterprise in this direction. In accordance with the purpose, the problem of environmental wastewater pollution was investigated and optimal ways of solving it were determined, the mechanism for managing measures to reduce wastewater discharges at the Pravoberezhnaya CHP was studied and described, the effectiveness of measures was justified and further ways of development of PJSC «TGC–1» in the field of reducing discharges were predicted. The work was carried out on the basis of internal documents of the Pravoberezhnaya CHP, where the main part of the factual material was collected: the volume of capital investments, drawings of local treatment facilities, data on the disposal of equipment and general drainage, indicators of consumption and duration of discharge, values of the maximum permissible concentration of pollutants. On the basis of documents and data, using methods of analysis, data collection and processing and classification, the problem of wastewater was considered, as well as a mechanism for managing measures to reduce them was described. With the help of the Gantt chart, the stages of the implementation of measures were considered, using the methods of evaluating the effectiveness of projects, the main performance indicators were calculated. As a result, indicators of net discounted income, internal rate of return, profitability index and payback period were obtained, each of which confirms the effectiveness of implemented measures. At the end, a forecast was given for the further development of the company in the field of discharges.
