Abstract

В данной выпускной квалификационной работе изучается проблема продвижения компании, предоставляющей IT-услуги. В работе уделяется внимание разработке, применению, изучению и применению на практике контент-стратегии продвижения компании в социальных сетях. В качестве объекта исследования выбрано PR-продвижение компании в коммерческой сфере. Предметом исследования выступают инструменты разработки эффективной контент-стратегии продвижения в социальных сетях на примере АО «АИСА ИТ-СЕРВИС». В практической части работы проведены SWOT-,STEP-анализы. Анализ результатов позволил составить контент-стратегию сроком на 8 месяцев.

In this final qualifying work, the problem of promoting a company providing IT services is considered. The work focuses on the development, application, study and practical application of the content strategy for promoting the company in social networks. The object of the research is the PR-promotion of the company in the commercial sphere. The subject of the study is the tools for developing an effective content strategy for promotion in social networks on the example of JSC «AISA IT-SERVICE». In the practical part of the work, SWOT, STEP analyzes were carried out. After analyzing the results, a content strategy was drawn up for a period of 8 months.
