Abstract

Данная работа посвящена разработке комплекса мероприятий для интернет-продвижения услуг web-студий с учетом специфики данной отрасли. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Рассмотреть понятие, сущность и современные тенденции интернет-маркетинга; 2. Исследовать основные принципы и инструменты продвижения в Интернете; 3. Выявить общие и специфичные черты подходов и методов продвижения в Интернете, позволяющие классифицировать их; 4. Изучить особенности продвижения услуг web-студии в Интернете; 5. Дать организационно-экономическую характеристику объекту исследования; 6. Провести анализ рынка услуг web-студии в России и Санкт-Петербурге; 7. Исследовать конкурентов объекта исследования; 8. Выявить целевую аудиторию и составить портрет целевого потребителя услуг web-студии; 9. Разработать алгоритм выбора стратегии интернет-продвижения услуг web-студии; 10. Спрогнозировать результативность внедрения стратегии интернет-продвижения для объекта исследования. Работа выполнялась на основании данных о новом бренде среди web-студий под названием «Мята». В ходе работы были рассмотрены основные инструменты продвижения в Интернете, изучен рынок услуг web-студий, выявлены особенности интернет-продвижения данных услуг с учетом современных тенденций, проведен анализ внешней и внутренней среды web-студии «Мята». Результатом работы стала разработка алгоритма формирования стратегии интернет-продвижения для услуг web-студий и ее применение для web-студии «Мята», а также классификация инструментов интернет-продвижения и практические рекомендации.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Development of a strategy for internet promotion of web-studios services”. The given work is devoted to the development of a set of measures for the Internet promotion of web studio services, taking into account the specifics of this industry. In the process of this research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Consider the concept, essence and current trends of Internet marketing; 2. Explore the basic principles and tools of online promotion; 3. To identify the general and specific features of approaches and methods of promotion on the Internet, allowing them to be classified; 4. To study the features of promoting the services of a web studio on the Internet; 5. Give the organizational and economic characteristics of the research object; 6. Conduct an analysis of the web studio services market in Russia and St. Petersburg; 7. Investigate the competitors of the research object; 8. Identify the target audience and make a portrait of the target consumer of web studio services; 9. Develop an algorithm for choosing a strategy for Internet promotion of web studio services; 10. Predict the effectiveness of the implementation of the Internet promotion strategy for the research object. The work was carried out on the basis of data on a new brand among web studios called "Mint". In the course of the work, the main tools of promotion on the Internet were considered, the market of web studio services was studied, the features of Internet promotion of these services were identified taking into account current trends, the analysis of the external and internal environment of the Mint web studio was carried out. The result of the work was the development of an algorithm for forming an Internet promotion strategy for web studio services and its application for the Mint web studio, as well as the classification of Internet promotion tools and practical recommendation.
