Цель магиÑтерÑкой диÑÑертации – разработка методики оценки ÑффективноÑти организационной Ñтруктуры ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ отраÑлевой Ñпецифики предприÑтий ивент-индуÑтрии. Работа включает в ÑÐµÐ±Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÑƒ методики оценки ÑффективноÑти организационной Ñтруктуры предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð²ÐµÐ½Ñ‚-индуÑтрии, на оÑнове результатов которой могут быть выработаны практичеÑкие Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ ÑовершенÑтвованию организационной Ñтруктуры. The object of the study of the master's final qualifying work is the Benefis event agency, in particular the organizational structure of the agency. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the organizational structure of management, taking into account the industry specifics of enterprises in the event industry. The work includes the development of a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the organizational structure of an enterprise in the event industry, based on the results of which practical solutions can be developed to improve the organizational structure. As part of the study, general theoretical information in the field of building organizational structures and methods for assessing their effectiveness, considered the main types of organizational structures, carried out an analysis of the event services market, and developed a methodology for assessing the organizational structures of enterprises in the event industry. In the practical part of the work, the proposed methodology is tested on the example of assessing the organizational structure of the Benefis event agency.
