Abstract

Данная работа посвящена исследованию экологических политик Китая и России. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Знакомится с экологической ситуацией Китая и России 2. Провести анализ политики в области охраны окружающей среды в России и Китае. 3. Сравнить способы охраны и защиты окружающей среды в Китае и России. 4. Описать стратегию Китайско-Российского экологического сотрудничества. Изучая сходства и различия между Законом об охране окружающей среды Российской Федерации и Законом об охране окружающей среды Китайской Народной Республики, эта статья понимает характеристики политики защиты окружающей среды двух стран, чтобы эти две политики защиты окружающей среды могут заимствовать опыт друг друга и оптимизировать друг другу. При решении поставленных задач в работе используются следующие методы: сравнительный, исторический, статистический методы, а также метод контент-анализа.

The given work is devoted to the study of the environmental policies of China and Russia. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Get acquainted with the ecological situation in China and Russia 2. Conduct an analysis of environmental policies in Russia and China. 3. To compare the ways of environmental protection and protection in China and Russia. 4. Describe the strategy of China-Russia environmental cooperation. By examining the similarities and differences between the Environmental Protection Law of the Russian Federation and the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, this article understands the characteristics of the two countries' environmental protection policies, so that the two environmental protection policies can learn from each other and optimize each other. When solving the assigned tasks, the following methods are used in the work: comparative, historical, statistical methods, as well as the method of content analysis.
