Abstract

Приведен литературный обзор истории вопроса, описан принцип работы полупроводниковых детекторов, дрейфового кремниевого детектора. Описан принцип работы системы регистрации, приведена принципиальная схема. Проведена экспериментальная часть работы, посвященная настройке канала регистрации мягкого рентгеновского излучения.

A literary review of the history of the issue is given, the principle of operation of semiconductor detectors, a drift silicon detector is described. The principle of operation of the registration system is described, a schematic diagram is given.The experimental part of the work devoted to setting up the soft X-ray detection channel is carried out.
