Цель работы - разработка мер по ÑовершенÑтвованию кадрового обеÑÐ¿ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¸ ООО Â«Ð“Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð¶Ð¢ÑƒÐ»Ñ Ð¦ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ñ€Â». Работа выполнена на внутренних документах ООО Â«Ð“Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð¶Ð¢ÑƒÐ»Ñ Ð¦ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ñ€Â». ИÑпользованные методы: общенаучные методы иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ - контентный и Ñравнительный анализ, метод аналогий; ÑпецифичеÑкие методы иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ - методы организационного Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ оценки инвеÑтиционной привлекательноÑти проектов. Результаты работы: 1.СоÑтавить программу адаптации новых Ñотрудников компании; 2. СоÑтавить план работы новых Ñотрудников и Ñотрудников, которые работают в компании первые 6 меÑÑцев; 3. СоÑтавить анкеты по иÑтечении работы 1 меÑÑца новых Ñотрудников; 4. СоÑтавить анкеты по иÑтечение работы трех меÑÑцев новых Ñотрудников; 5. Организовывать вÑтречи Ñ Ñотрудниками, которые отработали первые 3 меÑÑца в компании (иÑпытательный Ñрок), по обратной ÑвÑзи их работы. ОблаÑть Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² ВКР– управление перÑоналом в организации. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель доÑтигнута, определена облаÑть Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð².
The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop measures to improve the staffing of GarageTuls Center LLC. The work has been carried out on the materials of internal documents of GarageTuls Center LLC. Research methods used: general scientific research methods - content and comparative analysis, analogy method; specific research methods - methods of organizational design and assessment of the investment attractiveness of projects. The main results of the graduate qualification work: 1. Make an adaptation program for new employees of the company; 2. Draw up a work plan for new employees and employees who work in the company for the first 6 months; 3. Draw up questionnaires after 1 month of work for new employees; 4. Draw up questionnaires after three months of work for new employees; 5. Organize meetings with employees who have worked for the first 3 months in the company (trial period), based on the feedback from their work. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application is personnel management in the organization. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined.
