Abstract

Данная работа посвящена разработке рекомендаций по улучшению и совершенствованию коммуникационных процессов в ООО «АРТ Личность». Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1) изучить теоретические аспекты понятия «коммуникация» и ее роли в организационной структуре предприятия. 2) привести общее описание и дать характеристику компании ООО «АРТ Личность»; 3) проанализировать существующие на данный момент коммуникационные процессы в компании ООО «АРТ Личность» и определить их ключевые проблемные; 4) разработать мероприятия, направленные на улучшение и совершенствование коммуникационных процессов в ООО «АРТ Личность». Работа проведена на базе ООО «АРТ Личность», где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала: сведения о хозяйственной деятельности ООО «АРТ Личность» и существующих коммуникационных процессах организации. В результате были проанализированы коммуникативные процессы в компании ООО «АРТ Личность». На основе анализа были разработаны рекомендации по улучшению и усовершенствованию коммуникационных процессов в ООО «АРТ Личность». Так, для ускорения коммуникации было найдено приложение, которое уже внедрено в работу, а для удобства работы администраторов и менеджеров по продаже с клиентами была разработана новая программа.

This scientific work is devoted to the development of recommendations for improving communication processes in "ART Lichnost". Tasks that were solved during the study: 1) study the theoretical aspects of the concept of "communication" and its role in the organizational structure of the enterprise; 2) give a general description and characterize the company LLC "ART Personality"; 3) analyze the currently existing communication processes in the company "ART Personality" LLC and identify their key problematic; 4) develop measures aimed at improving and improving communication processes in «ART Lichnost». The work was carried out on the basis of «ART Lichnost», where a significant part of the factual material was collected: information about the economic activities of «ART Lichnost» and the existing communication processes of the organization. As a result, we analyzed the communication processes in the company "ART Lichnost". On the basis of the analysis, recommendations were developed for improving communication processes in «ART Lichnost». To speed up communication, an application was found that has already been implemented, and a new program was developed for the convenience of administrators and sales managers with clients.
