Abstract

В данной работе был проведён расчёт мембранного детандерного агрегата мощностью 100 Вт. Для достижения поставленной задачи осуществлялся термодинамический расчёт мембранного компрессора, а также термодинамический расчёт мембранного детандера.В результате расчётов были получены параметры мембранного компрессора и мембранного детандера, благодаря которым можно приближённо судить о цели использования данного агрегата.Мембранный детандерный агрегат менее распространен в отличие от поршневого детандерного а, н о по общему принципу работы и строения имеет схожую структуру. Благодаря своим техническим параметрам является наименее изученным и перспективным, спроектированное устройство данного тип а может служить для специальных задач на производстве, где необходимо высокая степень частоты обработки газа.

In this work, the calculation of a 100 W membrane expander unit was carried out. To achieve the set task, a thermodynamic calculation of a membrane compressor was carried out, as well as a thermodynamic calculation of a membrane expander.As a result of calculations, the parameters of the membrane compressor and membrane expander were obtained, thanks to which it is possible to roughly judge the purpose of using this unit.The membrane expander unit is less common in contrast to the piston expander unit, but according to the general principle of operation and structure it has a similar structure. Due to its technical parameters, it is the least studied and promising, the designed device of this type can serve for special tasks in production, where a high degree of gas processing frequency is required.
