Abstract

The purpose of the work – improving the efficiency of project management by developing an approach to developing a mobile application based on prototyping technologies Tasks of work: analysis of the activities of the research object; analysis of project management methodologies; development of an approach to project management for the development of a mobile application; assessment of the effectiveness of the application of the approach to project management for mobile application development. Work is performed on the basis of Smart Yacht Ltd financial statements and activities. Methods used: forecasting, analysis of financial statements, project management methods, multicriteria analysis, prototyping, method of discounting cash flows. Work results: the analysis of the approach to project management used in the research object was carried out; the need to develop a flexible approach was justified; the characteristics of the main methodologies of project management for software development are made; an approach to project management has been developed; the effectiveness of the approach was assessed. The practical significance of the work is due to the deployment of a flexible approach to the development of mobile applications in the activities of the research object and the prospects for increasing the company's expertise in the field of project management Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
