Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Эволюция института ограниченных вещных прав». Работа посвящена анализу международного и национального законодательства, регулирующего правовые отношения в области защиты вещных прав, а также поиску проблем, стоящих на пути создания механизма регулирования и защиты гражданско-правовой деятельности в данной сфере и возможных вариантов их решений. В ходе работы и анализа найденных проблем были сформулированы предложения по их решению.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "The evolution of the institution of limited property rights". The work is devoted to the analysis of international and national legislation regulating legal relations in the field of protection of property rights, as well as to the search for problems that stand in the way of creating a mechanism for regulating and protecting civil law activities in this area and possible solutions to them. In the course of the work and the analysis of the problems found, pro-posals for their solution were formulated.
