Abstract

In the first part of the work the design of the technological process of manufacturing the «Bushing» in the conditions of medium-scale production is described, the method of obtaining the workpiece is determined, the cutting modes are calculated on the operations, the technological process is developed, and a set of technological documentation is designed. In the second section of the work, individual elements of the mounting and clamping device (movable and fixed prisms), a power pneumatic drive for vertical milling operations (milling a groove on the «Glass» part) were designed, and the forces acting on the workpiece were determined. Based on the above, the drawings are designed. The third section of the final qualification work is devoted to the design of cutting tools: a shaped prismatic cutter, a worm mill for cutting cylindrical gears, a set of taps for cutting metric threads. Separate drawings have been developed for each of the tools.
