Ð’ ходе Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ был проведен анализ чертежа детали на технологичноÑть и ÑоответÑтвие Ñтандартам ЕСКД, на оÑнове результатов раÑчета КИМ выбран наиболее выгодный метод Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²ÐºÐ¸, ÑоÑтавлен технологичеÑкий маршрут Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸, выполнена разработка технологичеÑких операций Ñ Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ…Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ раÑчетами и технологичеÑкой документацией. Выбраны и раÑÑчитаны геометричеÑкие параметры фаÑонного резца, червÑчной фрезы и комплекта метчиков, приведены Ñиловые и кинематичеÑкие раÑчеты, подобраны габаритные и приÑоединительные размеры, раÑÑчитаны уÑтановочные и ÑкÑплуатационные параметры, выбран материал Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñех инÑтрументов разработаны чертежи. Спроектированы ÑкÑцентриковые тиÑки Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ из операций. Создана карта заказа на проектирование технологичеÑкой оÑнаÑтки, выполнены выбор уÑтановочных Ñлементов, Ñиловой раÑчет производимой операции, коÑффициента запаÑа, а также раÑчеты зажимного механизма и Ñилового привода. Создана 3Д модель уÑтановочно-зажимного приÑпоÑоблениÑ, ÑвÑÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ Ð½Ð¸Ð¼ ÑÐ¿ÐµÑ†Ð¸Ñ„Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ Ñборочный чертеж.
In the course of the work, the drawing of the detailwas analyzed for manufacturability and compliance with the ESKD standards, the most profitable method for obtaining a workpiecewas selected, a technological route for manufacturing a detailwas drawn up, and technological operations were developed with the necessary calculations and technological documentation.The geometrical parameters of the shaped cutter, hob cutterand tap setwere selected and calculated, the power and kinematic calculations were given, the overall and connecting dimensions were selected, the installation and operating parameters were calculated, the material for the manufacture of the instrumentswereselected.An eccentric vice was designed for use in one of the operations. An order card for the design of technological equipment was created, the selection of installation elements, the power calculation of the operation wasperformed, the calculations of the clamping mechanism and the power drive were performed. A 3D model of the clamping device was created, along with the associated specification and assembly drawing.
