Выполнен анализ чертежа детали на технологичноÑть, проведена оценка ÑоответÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ чертежа детали нормам и правилам Единой ÑиÑтемы конÑтрукторÑкой документации (ЕСКД), произведено формулирование технологичеÑких задач, выбран метод Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²ÐºÐ¸, разработан план обработки отдельных поверхноÑтей, ÑоÑтавлен технологичеÑкий маршрут Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸ и разработан план технологичеÑких операций, произведен раÑчет режимов Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ норм времени на операции, оформлена Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ…Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð°Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ…Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÐºÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ. Спроектирована ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ…Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¾ÑнаÑтка, выполнен раÑчет Ñил резаниÑ, выбраны уÑтановочные Ñлементы, разработан их чертеж. Произведен раÑчет Ñилы зажима и разработан чертеж зажимного механизма. Выполнены раÑчеты зажимного механизма и Ñилового привода, разработан чертеж привода и ÑпецификациÑ. Разработана конÑтрукциÑ: токарного фаÑонного резца, червÑчной фрезы, комплекта метчиков. Проведены необходимые кинематичеÑкие и Ñиловые раÑчеты, определены геометричеÑкие параметры и разработаны чертежи.
The part drawing was analyzed for processability, the requirements of the part drawing were evaluated for compliance with the norms and rules of the Unified System of Design Documentation (ESKD), the technological tasks were formulated, the method of obtaining the workpiece was chosen, theprocessing plan for individual surfaces was developed, the technological route for manufacturing the part was drawn up and a plan of technological operations was developed, the cutting modes and time standards for operations were calculated, and the necessary technological documenta-tion was drawn up. Machine tools were designed, cutting forces were calculated, installation elements were selected, and their drawing was developed. The clamping force was calculated and a drawing of the clamping mechanism was developed. Calculations of the clamping mechanism and power drive were made, the drive drawing and specification were developed.Designed: lathe shaped cutter, worm cutter, set of throwers. Necessary kinematic and power calculations were carried out, geometric parameters were determined and drawings were developed
