
Ð’ данной выпуÑкной квалификационной работе был разработан технологичеÑкий процеÑÑ Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸ «Вал Л103» в уÑловиÑÑ… ÑреднеÑерийного производÑтва. Ð’ первом разделе был выполнен анализ чертежа детали, Ñформулированы технологичеÑкие задачи, выбрана заготовка и обоÑнован метод ее получениÑ, Ñделано проектирование маршрута Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸, назначены режимы Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ приложена техничеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÐºÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ. Во втором разделе было Ñпроектировано три вида режущих инÑтрументов: фаÑонный резец, комплект метчиков Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð°Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкой резьбы и червÑÑ‡Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ„Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð° Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð°Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ†Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð´Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑких зубчатых колеÑ. Ð’ третьем разделе, иÑÑ…Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¸Ð· заданной операции, было Ñпроектировано уÑтановочно-зажимное приÑпоÑÐ¾Ð±Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ„Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÐµÑ€Ð½Ð¾-центровальной операции детали типа вал Ñ Ñ„Ð»Ð°Ð½Ñ†ÐµÐ¼.
In this final qualification work, the technological process of manufacturing the part "Val L103" in the conditions of medium-scale production was developed. In the first section, the analysis of the drawing of the part was performed, technological tasks were formulated, the workpiece was selected, and the method of its production was justified, the route of manufacturing the part was designed, cutting modes were assigned and technical documentation was attached. In the second section, three types of cutting tools were designed: a shaped cut-ter, a set of taps for cutting metric threads, and a worm cutter for cutting cylindrical gears. In the third section, based on the specified operation, an installation and clamping device was designed to perform the milling and centering operation of a shaft-type part with a flange.
