ПриводÑÑ‚ÑÑ Ð¾Ñновные ÑпоÑобы Ñварки рельÑов. Задачи выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: - УÑтановить и кратко изложить оÑновные ÑпоÑобы Ñварки железнодорожных рельÑов; - Проанализировать доÑтоинÑтва и недоÑтатки каждого ÑпоÑоба; - Выбрать наиболее рациональный ÑпоÑоб Ñварки; - ПривеÑти оÑновные ÑÐ²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ уÑтройÑтву Ð¾Ð±Ð¾Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐšÐ¡Ð¡ÐО, обратив оÑобое внимание на Ñварочный транÑформатор; - Ð’Ñ‹Ñвить оÑобенноÑти Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñварного ÑоединениÑ. Ð’ результате Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ был предÑтавлен обзор возможных ÑпоÑобов Ñварки, опиÑана ÑущноÑть каждого ÑпоÑоба, проанализированы их доÑтоинÑтва и недоÑтатки. ОпираÑÑÑŒ на технико-ÑкономичеÑкие показатели, был выбран Ñамый рациональный ÑпоÑоб Ñварки железнодорожных рельÑов, а именно - ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñварка непрерывным оплавлением. Подробно опиÑаны режимы Ñварки Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñтого ÑпоÑоба, а также процеÑÑÑ‹, проиÑходÑщие в меÑте Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñварного ÑоединениÑ. Ð’ конÑтрукции рельÑоÑварочных машин выделен Ñварочный транÑформатор, как один из наиболее важных Ñлементов. ПредÑтавлены рельÑоÑварочные машины отечеÑтвенного и зарубежного производÑтва, опиÑана их конÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ приведено Ñравнение их технологичеÑких показателей.
Topic of graduation qualification work: «Welding of railway rails». The work discusses the grades of steel for railway rails produced in Russia, their dimensions and specific design features, also estimate their weldability. The main methods of rail welding are given. Tasks of graduation qualification work: - Establish and summarize the main welding methods railway rails; - Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each method; - Select contact butt welding continuous melting method as the most rational technology; - Provide basic information on equipment arrangement for contact butt welding continuous melting, paying special attention to the welding transformer; - Identify features of weld joint formation. As a result of the implementation of the work discusses fundamentally, an overview of possible welding methods, the essence of each method is described and analyzed, with their advantages and disadvantages. Based on technical and economic indicators, the most rational method of welding railway rails was chosen, and it is - contact welding by melting. Welding modes are described in detail for this method as well as the processes occurring in the place of formation of the welded joint. In design of rail welding machines, the transformer welder is singled out as one of the most important elements. Presented rail welding machines of domestic and foreign production, their design is described, and their comparison is given process indicators.
