Abstract

Theme of qualification work: «Technology of underwater wet cutting of steels». The paper considers the methods of wet metal cutting and welding, types of welding work under water, equipment used to perform the necessary tasks when carrying out welding work in aqueous environments. The composition, properties and classification of cored wire. And also the experiment with the use of homemade flux-cored wire in laboratory conditions on the territory of Peter the Great University of St. Petersburg was made. Tasks solved in the course of the final qualifying work: - analysis of scientific and technical information about the methods of underwater wet cutting used in production. - analysis of scientific and technical information on the properties, composition and application of cored wire for underwater wet cutting. - analysis of scientific and technical information about the equipment used in welding and cutting of metal immersed in the sea or river environment. - production of powder wire with a special chemical composition and conducting a laboratory experiment.
