Abstract

В первом разделе дипломной работы бакалавра представлен технологический процесс изготовления детали «Хомут»: проанализированы исходные данные, осуществлен выбор метода получения заготовки, произведена разработка технологического процесса обработки детали. Во втором разделе представлены три подраздела: проектирование фасонного дискового резца, проектирование комплекта метчиков и проектирование червячной фрезы. В третьем разделе, исходя из заданной операции, была спроектирована технологическая оснастка для вертикально-сверлильной операции, а именно: установочное приспособление, зажимной механизм, а также силовой привод.

In the first section of the bachelor's thesis, the technological process of manufacturing the "Valve" part is presented: the initial data is analyzed, the method of obtaining the workpiece is selected, the technological process of processing the part is developed. The second section contains three subsections: designing a shaped disc cutter, designing a set of taps, and designing a worm cutter . In the third section, based on the specified operation, the technological equipment for the vertical drilling operation was designed, namely: the mounting device, the clamping mechanism, as well as the power drive.
