Abstract

Выпускная работа бакалавра страниц машинописного текста. А также имеет необходимый комплект документации включая 3 листа чертежа формата А4, маршрутные карты, операционные карты, контрольные карты и карты эскизов. В первом разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра проведена отработка чертежа детали на технологичность, сформулированы технологическое назначение поверхностей детали и технологические задачи, выбран метод получения заготовки, и разработан ее чертеж. На основе типового технологического процесса детали-аналога составлен технологический маршрут и выполнена разработка технологических операций с необходимыми расчётами, составлен комплект технологической документации. Во втором части выпускной квалификационной работы спроектировано станочное установочно-зажимное приспособление для выполнения шлице фрезерной операции. Выполнены расчёты режимов резания, произведен расчет требуемой силы зажима. В третьей разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра разработан представлен порядок расчета и выполнен чертеж режущего инструмента, используемого для обработки заготовки на отдельной операции: фасонный призматический резец.

The course project contains pages of typescript, manufacturing process documentation including 3 A4 drawing sheet, process route sheets, operation sheets, control sheets and process layout sheets. This course project is considering the shaft manufacturing process (the production type is medium including the cutting tools and manufacturing equipment selection, allowances for machining calculation, cutting conditions selection and operations standardization, manufacturing process documentation compilation. In the first section of the final qualifying work of the bachelor, the drawing of the part was worked out for manufacturability, the technological purpose of the surfaces of the part and the technological tasks were formulated, the method of obtaining the blank was selected, and its drawing was developed. On the basis of a typical technological process of an analogue part, a technological route was drawn up and technological operations were developed with the necessary calculations, a set of technological documentation was compiled. In the second section ofthe final qualifying work, a machine setting-clamping device for performing a slot-milling operation was designed. Calculations of cutting conditions have been carried out, and the required clamping force has been calculated. In the third part of the final qualifying work of the bachelor, the calculation procedure is presented and a drawing of the cutting tool used to process the workpiece in a separate operation is presented: a shaped prismatic cutter.
