Ð’ первом разделе данной работы разработан технологичеÑкий процеÑÑ Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ полный комплект технологичеÑкой документации Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸ «Фланец ÑкользÑщий промежуточного вала» в уÑловиÑÑ… ÑреднеÑерийного производÑтва. Во втором разделе были Ñпроектированы режущие инÑтрументы Ñложного профилÑ: фаÑонный резец, комплект метчиков Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð°Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкой резьбы и червÑÑ‡Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ„Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð° Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð°Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ†Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð´Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑких зубчатых колеÑ. Ð’ третьем разделе Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ операции были выбраны уÑтановочные Ñлементы и Ñпроектирован зажимной механизм Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑÐ²ÐµÑ€Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ñ‚Ð²ÐµÑ€Ñтий на разработанной в первом разделе детали, фланца ÑкользÑщего промежуточного вала.
In the first section of this work, the technological process of manufacturing and a complete set of technological documentation for the part "Intermediate shaft sliding flange" in the conditions of medium-scale production are developed. In the second section, cutting tools of a complex profile were designed: a shaped cutter, a set of taps for cutting metric threads, and a worm cutter for cutting cylindrical gears. In the third section, the installation elements were selected for the selected operation and a conductor device was designed for drilling holes on the part developed in the first section, the sliding intermediate shaft flange.
