Ð’Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð´ компании Yamaha Motor на российский рынок

Abstract

This work is devoted to the development of a program for the entry of Yamaha Motor to the Russian electric bicycle market. The tasks that have been solved in this research: 1. Analysis of the main activities of the Yamaha Motor company. 2. Research and analysis of the Russian electric bike market. 3. Development of a methodology for assessing market potential. 4. Study of various forms of entering the foreign market. 5. Development of the structure of the program of entering the market based on alternative graphs method. 6. Definition of program parameters. By using methodology of analyzing the market potential developed by the author, a characteristic of the Russian electric bike market was given, and its development trends were determined. The Russian e-bike market is undeveloped, competition is weak, but there are certain barriers to market entry and factors that reduce demand (for example, household income). Moreover, the parameters of the program of entering the market were determined (an electric bike model for entering the market was chosen, the form of entering the market also was determined, etc.) using the method of alternative stochastic graphs. As a result, a program was formed for Yamaha Motor to enter the Russian electric bike market, as the most effective version of the program was identified, based on the method of alternative graphs with comparison of various options. The list of tasks and actions required for the implementation of the program was determined, as well as parameters such as the necessary investments and the time required to complete each of the action were determined.
