
Ð’ выпуÑкной квалификационной работе бакалавра предÑтавлен анализ технологичноÑти полученной детали «Вал» в уÑловиÑÑ… ÑреднеÑерийного типа производÑтва, проанализирован выбор заготовки и ÑпоÑобы ее изготовлениÑ, разработан технологичеÑкий процеÑÑ Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð°Ð»Ð°, выбрано оборудование и ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ…Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¾ÑнаÑтка, выполнен раÑчет режимов Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ норм времени на операции. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ñ„Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÐµÑ€Ð½Ð¾-центровальной операции были выбраны уÑтановочные Ñлементы и поÑчитаны Ñилы резаниÑ, проведено проектирование уÑтановочно-зажимного Ñамоцентрирующего приÑпоÑоблениÑ, выполнены Ñиловые и кинематичеÑкие раÑчеты оÑновных Ñлементов зажимного механизма. ПоÑле был выбран пневматичеÑкий привод и Ñделан раÑчет его параметров. Ð’ третьей чаÑти произведено проектирование режущих инÑтрументов Ñложного профилÑ: фаÑонного резца, червÑчной фрезы Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð°Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ†Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð´Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑких зубчатых колеÑ, комплекта метчиков Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð°Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкой резьбы по начальным параметрам.
In the final qualifying work of the bachelor, an analysis of the manufacturability of the obtained part "Shaft" in the conditions of a medium-batch type of production is presented, the choice of the workpiece and the methods of its manufacture are analyzed, the technological process of manufacturing the shaft is developed, the equipment and machine tooling are selected, the calculation of cutting modes and time standards for the operations is performed. For the milling-centering operation, the setting elements were selected and the cutting forces were calculated, the design of the mounting-clamping self-centering device was carried out, the power and kinematic calculations of the main elements of the clamping mechanism were performed. After that, a pneumatic drive was selected and its parameters were calculated. In the third part, the design of cutting tools of a complex profile is made: a shaped cutter, a worm cutter for cutting cylindrical gears, a set of taps for cutting metric threads according to initial parameters.
