Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Автотракторный дизель мощностью 240 кВт». В ходе выполнения работы перед построением чертежей общего вида были решены следующие задачи: 1) Выбор двигателя прототипа и подробный разбор его основных систем; 2) Расчёт рабочего процесса двигателя по методу Гриневецкого-Мазинга и построение индикаторной диаграммы; 3) Динамический расчет, построение полярных и развернутых диаграмм нагрузок на коренные, шатунные шейки коленчатого вала и их подшипники; 4) Анализ уравновешенности двигателя; 5) Расчёт на прочность наиболее ответственных деталей; 6) Разработка продольного и поперечного разрезов двигателя. Большинство расчётов предназначены для ручного счёта, но с целью минимизации трудоёмкости работы расчёт некоторых параметров вёлся с помощью ЭВМ (Microsoft Excel). Для оптимизации процесса выполнения чертежей, диаграмм и схем, активно использовалась программа КОМПАС-3D. В результате был разработан автотракторный дизельный двигатель мощностью 240 кВт, разработаны продольный и поперечный разрезы двигателя.

The topic of the graduation work is «Autotractor diesel with 240 kW of power». In the course of the work, before building the general arrangement drawings, the following tasks were solved: 1) Selection of a prototype engine and detailed analysis of its main systems; 2) Calculation of the engine workflow using the Grinevetsky-Masing method and construction of an indicator diagram; 3) Dynamic calculation, construction of polar and unfolded diagrams of pressure on the main, connecting rod journals of the crankshaft and their bearings; 4) Engine balance analysis; 5) Strength analysis of the most critical engine parts; 6) Development of longitudinal and cross sections of the engine; Most of the calculations are intended for manual counting, but in order to minimize the complexity of the work, the calculation of some parameters was carried out using a computer (Microsoft Excel). To optimize the execution of drawings and diagrams, the KOMPAS-3D program was actively used. As a result, an auto-tractor diesel engine with a power of 240 kW was developed, longitudinal and cross sections of the engine were developed.
