В данной работе изложена сущность подхода к созданию безопасных условий труда в рамках обеспечения системы управления охраной труда в структурах государственного ведомства, оценка профессиональных рисков для служащих Министерства внутренних дел. Задачи исследования: Анализ производственного травматизма в рамках несения службы в рядах ОКС. Сравнительный анализ систем управления охраной труда типового Полка и типовой не государственной организации. Определение уровня профессионального риска на основе проанализированных данных по производственному травматизму. Разработка мероприятий по улучшению условий труда при конвоировании подозреваемых и обвиняемых. Мероприятий по улучшению условий труда при конвоировании подозреваемых и обвиняемых: Усилить контроль за исполнением требований нормативно правовых актов МВД России в рамках правил, положений и инструкций по охране труда; Проведение профилактических бесед с сотрудниками, с целью уменьшения количества случаев сокрытия микротравм со стороны работников; Проведение профилактических бесед с сотрудниками по результатам по результату анализа произошедших групповых несчастных случаев и случаев со смертельным и тяжёлым исходом. Проводить: семинары, беседы по охране труда в рамках сокращения производственного травматизма и улучшения условий труда дл я работы и службы; Обеспечивать работников средствами индивидуальной защиты (маски одноразовые, перчатки одноразовые, антисептик, комбинезоны одноразовые, очки, спец костюм для кинолога)

This paper outlines the essence of the approach to creating safe working conditions within the framework of ensuring the labor protection management system in the structures of the state department, the assessment of professional risks for employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Research objectives: Analysis of occupational injuries in the framework of service in the ranks of the ACS. Comparative analysis of occupational health and safety management systems of a typical regiment and a typical non-state organization. Determination of the level of occupational risk based on the analyzed data on occupational injuries. Development of measures to improve working conditions when escorting suspects and accused persons. Measures to improve working conditions when escorting suspects and accused persons: Strengthen control over the implementation of the requirements of the normative legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia within the framework of the rules, regulations and instructions on labor protection; Conducting preventive interviews with employees in order to reduce the number of cases of concealing micro-injuries on the part of employees; Conducting preventive interviews with employees based on the results of the analysis of group accidents and cases with fatal and severe outcomes.
