Abstract

Целью работы являлось анализ существующих и обоснование новых комплектов дорожно-строительных машин с целью улучшения технологических характеристик верхних слоев покрытия, а также снижения финансовых затрат на их содержание и эксплуатацию. В работе изложен анализ дорожно-строительных машин для поверхностной обработки покрытия методом пропитки. Проанализированы существующие технологии производства работ. Проанализированы существующие комплекты дорожно-строительные машины для проведения работ по устройству поверхностной обработки покрытия методом пропитки. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Анализ существующих технологий производства работ. 2. Анализ существующих комплектов дорожно-строительных машин. 3. Проведение сравнения комплектов дорожно-строительных машин по технико-экономическим показателям. 4. Разработка рекомендации по подбору комплектов дорожно-строительных машин для поверхностной обработки покрытия методом пропитки. В результате диссертационного исследования была проанализирована технология поверхностной обработки покрытия способом пропитки, проанализированы существующие комплекты дорожно-строительной техники для выполнения работ по поверхностной обработке покрытия способом пропитки. Разработаны практические рекомендации для подбора комплекта дорожно-строительной техники. Произведено сравнение комплектов дорожно-строительной техники по технико-экономическим показателям. Сформированы практические рекомендации для формирования комплекта дорожной техники для выполнения работ по поверхностной обработке покрытий методом пропитки для двух предприятий дорожной отрасли Ленинградской области - это ГП «Пригородное ДРСУ-1» и ГП «Приозерское ДРСУ».

The purpose of the work was to analyze existing and justify new sets of road construction machines in order to improve the technological characteristics of the upper layers of the coating, as well as to reduce the financial costs of their maintenance and operation The paper presents an analysis of road construction machines for surface treatment of the coating by the impregnation method. The existing technologies of work production are analyzed. The existing sets of road-building machines for carrying out works on the device of surface treatment of the coating by the method of impregnation are analyzed. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study. 1. Analysis of existing production technologies. 2. Analysis of existing sets of road construction machines. 3. Comparison of sets of road construction machines by technical and economic indicators. 4. Development of recommendations for the selection of sets of road construction machines for surface treatment of the coating by the impregnation method. As a result of the dissertation research, the technology of surface treatment of the coating by the method of impregnation was analyzed, the existing sets of road construction equipment for performing works on surface treatment of the coating by the method of impregnation were analyzed. Practical recommendations for the selection of a set of road construction equipment have been developed. The comparison of sets of road construction equipment by technical and economic indicators is made. Practical recommendations for the formation of a set of road equipment for the performance of surface treatment of coatings by impregnation for two enterprises of the road industry of the Leningrad region - this is the State Enterprise "Prigorodnoye DRSU-1" and the State Enterprise "Priozerskoe DRSU".
