
ПредÑÑ‚Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ опиÑывает Ñовременные методы инженерной подготовки городÑких территорий на примере коттеджного поÑёлка Ñ Ð·Ð°Ñтройкой из индивидуальных жилых домов типа «ТаунхауÑ» и трёхÑтажных многоквартирных домов. ОÑновными задачами ÑвлÑлиÑÑŒ: изучение актуальной нормативной базы, оÑущеÑтвление раÑчётов инженерных ÑиÑтем, а также вертикальной планировки территории, проектирование коттеджного поÑёлка в ÑоответÑтвии Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ð´Ð¸Ð²Ð¸Ð´ÑƒÐ°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ð¼ заданием, изучение технологии уÑтройÑтва и конÑтрукции приÑтенного дренажа, раÑчёт и конÑтруирование фонтана. Ð’ ходе напиÑÐ°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ иÑпользовалиÑÑŒ Ñледующие методы иÑÑледованиÑ: анализ методичеÑкой и нормативной литературы, моделирование, конкретизациÑ, обобщение и анализ результатов. Ð’ результате был Ñоздан уникальный проект наÑелённого пункта полноÑтью ÑоответÑтвующий дейÑтвующим нормативным документам. Разработаны Ñффективные технологичеÑкие решениÑ. УникальноÑть проекта заключаетÑÑ Ð² отличительных чертах в виде углублённо проработанной дренажной ÑиÑтемы и улучшенного архитектурного облика. ОблаÑть Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ работы характеризуетÑÑ Ñтроительной отраÑлью в категории территорий малоÑтажной городÑкой заÑтройки.
The presented work describes modern methods of engineering preparation of urban areas on the example of a cottage village with buildings from individual residential buildings of the "Townhouse" type and three-storey apartment buildings. The main tasks were the study of the current regulatory framework, the implementation of calculations of engineering systems, as well as the vertical planning of the territory, the design of a cottage village in accordance with the individual assignment, the study of the technology of the device and construction of wall drainage, the calculation and design of the fountain. In the course of writing the work, the following research methods were used: analysis of methodological and normative literature, modeling, concretization, generalization and analysis of the results. As a result, a unique project of the settlement was created that fully complies with the current regulatory documents. Effective technological solutions have been developed. The uniqueness of the project lies in its distinctive features in the form of a deeply developed drainage system and an improved architectural appearance. The scope of this work is characterized by the construction industry in the category of low-rise urban areas.
