Abstract

Представленная работы описывает современные методы инженерной подготовки городских территорий на примере коттеджного посёлка с застройкой из индивидуальных жилых домов типа «Таунхаус» и трёхэтажных многоквартирных домов. Основными задачами являлись: изучение актуальной нормативной базы, осуществление расчётов инженерных систем, а также вертикальной планировки территории, проектирование коттеджного посёлка в соответствии с индивидуальным заданием, изучение технологии устройства и конструкции пристенного дренажа, расчёт и конструирование фонтана. В ходе написания работы использовались следующие методы исследования: анализ методической и нормативной литературы, моделирование, конкретизация, обобщение и анализ результатов. В результате был создан уникальный проект населённого пункта полностью соответствующий действующим нормативным документам. Разработаны эффективные технологические решения. Уникальность проекта заключается в отличительных чертах в виде углублённо проработанной дренажной системы и улучшенного архитектурного облика. Область применения данной работы характеризуется строительной отраслью в категории территорий малоэтажной городской застройки.

The presented work describes modern methods of engineering preparation of urban areas on the example of a cottage village with buildings from individual residential buildings of the "Townhouse" type and three-storey apartment buildings. The main tasks were the study of the current regulatory framework, the implementation of calculations of engineering systems, as well as the vertical planning of the territory, the design of a cottage village in accordance with the individual assignment, the study of the technology of the device and construction of wall drainage, the calculation and design of the fountain. In the course of writing the work, the following research methods were used: analysis of methodological and normative literature, modeling, concretization, generalization and analysis of the results. As a result, a unique project of the settlement was created that fully complies with the current regulatory documents. Effective technological solutions have been developed. The uniqueness of the project lies in its distinctive features in the form of a deeply developed drainage system and an improved architectural appearance. The scope of this work is characterized by the construction industry in the category of low-rise urban areas.
