Процесс создания данной работы включает в себя несколько важных этапов начиная с анализа предметной области и заканчивая проектированием и непосредственным созданием приложения. Целью является изучение процесса создания веб-сервиса онлайн-записи и автоматизации для сферы услуг и его создание. Клиент какой-либо фирмы или самозанятого лица может воспользоваться формой для записи на услугу. Лицо, оказывающее услугу, может наблюдать за существующими записями клиентов и другой информацией об организации. Для организации работы системы была использована архитектура «клиент-сервер». Кроме того, был произведён анализ аналогов данной системы и обзор средств разработки.

The process of creating this work includes several important stages, starting with the analysis of the subject area and ending with the design and direct creation of the application.
