Abstract

В данной выпускной квалификационной работе рассмотрено благоустройство коттеджного поселка в Ленинградской области. Был разработан генеральный план населенного пункта и проект организации рельефа двух участков застройки между параллельными улицами с указанием высотных отметок, разработан и осуществлен проект организации рельефа спортивной площадки. Также были запроектированы ливневая канализация поселка и дренажная система стадиона, входящего в состав застройки. Разработан план велосипедных полос в составе проезжей части. Представлен план размещения велосипедных парковок в коттеджном поселке. Учтено размещение административного центра и площадки для мусора в чертах малоэтажной застройки.

In this graduation qualifying work, the improvement of a cottage settlement in the Leningrad region is considered. The general plan of the settlement and the project of the organization of the relief of two building sites between parallel streets with the indication of height marks were developed, the project of the organization of the relief of the sports ground was developed and implemented. The storm sewer system of the village and the drainage system of the stadium, which is part of the development, were also designed. A plan of bicycle lanes as part of the roadway has been developed. A plan for the placement of bicycle parking in the cottage village is presented. The placement of the administrative center and the garbage disposal area in the low-rise building is taken into account.
