Abstract

Объектом исследования является предприятие ООО «Лента». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ деятельности компании ООО «Лента», выявление проблематики и обоснование необходимости платформенной интеграции. Задачи работы: Анализ деятельности компании и выявление проблематики; Построение модели бизнес-процессов, задействованных в работе с клиентами AS-IS; Анализ модели AS-IS и постановка бизнес-требований; Разработка требований к IT-решению; Выполнение анализа наиболее подходящих IT-решений; Выбор и обоснование оптимального IT-решения; Построение модели бизнес-процессов, задействованных в работе с клиентами TO BE; Экономическое обоснование необходимости платформенной интеграции. Работа выполнена на материалах из учебных источников и интернет-источников. Методы: моделирование бизнес-процессов, календарный план, анализ данных, программа ArchiMate, программа Visio, программа Microsoft Project 2010. Результаты работы: Изучена деятельность компании ООО «Лента»; Исходя из анализа модели AS-IS выявлено узкое место процесса по работе с клиентами; Рассмотрено IT-решение; Разработаны бизнес-требования для оптимизации процесса; Сделаны расчеты для обоснования необходимость интеграции. Реализация проекта платформенной интеграции ведет к оптимизации бизнес-процессов по работе с клиентами, к уменьшению затрат компании и повышению лояльности клиента.

The object of the research is LLC "Lenta". The purpose of the final qualifying work is to analyze the activities of LLC "Lenta", identify problems and justify the need for platform integration. Work tasks: Analysis of the company's activities and identification of problems; Building a model of business processes involved in working with AS-IS clients; Analysis of the AS-IS model and formulation of business requirements; Development of requirements for an IT solution; Analysis of the most suitable IT solutions; Selection and justification of the optimal IT solution; Building a model of business processes involved in working with TO BE clients; Business case for platform integration. The work is based on materials from educational sources and Internet sources. Methods used: business process modeling, scheduling, data analysis, ArchiMate program, Visio program, Microsoft Project 2010 program. Work results: Studied the activities of the company LLC "Lenta"; Based on the analysis of the AS-IS model, a bottleneck in the process of working with clients was identified; Considered an IT solution; Developed business requirements for process optimization; Calculations are made to justify the need for integration. The implementation of a platform integration project leads to the optimization of business processes for working with customers, to a decrease in company costs and an increase in customer loyalty.
