
Ð’ данной работе раÑÑмотрены возможноÑти Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑа атомно-Ñлоевого оÑÐ°Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð½ÐµÑÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÐºÐ¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… покрытий. Изучена методика Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñлоев окÑида Ð°Ð»ÑŽÐ¼Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ окÑида титана методом атомно-Ñлоевого оÑаждениÑ. Ðа базе изученной литературы были раÑÑчитаны параметры покрытий разных цветов и были проведены ÑкÑперименты по оÑаждению по раÑÑчитанным параметрам. ПоÑле были изучены ÑвойÑтва получаемых покрытий. Ð’ результате были получены декоративные Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÑ€Ñ‹Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° оÑнове окÑида Ð°Ð»ÑŽÐ¼Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð·ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾, голубого, фиолетового, жёлтого цветов.
In this paper, the possibilities of using the atomic layer deposition process for the application of decorative coatings are considered. The technique of obtaining layers of aluminum oxide and titanium oxide by the method of atomic layer deposition has been studied. On the basis of the studied literature, the parameters of coatings of different colors were calculated and deposition experiments were carried out according to the calculated parameters. After that, the properties of the resulting coatings were studied. As a result, decorative coatings based on green, blue, violet, yellow aluminum oxide were obtained.
