Abstract

В данной работе проведено исследование противовирусной активности производных кумарина в количестве 45 соединений в отношении вируса гриппа (H1N1). Представлено строение вируса гриппа, возможные мишени действия препаратов. Проведены исследования активности in vitro и in vivo.

In this paper, the antiviral activity of coumarin derivatives in the amount of 45 compounds against the influenza virus (H1N1) was studied. The structure of the influenza virus are presented for showing possible targets of the drugs' action. The activity was studied in vitro and in vivo.
