
Ð’ данной работе проведено иÑÑледование противовируÑной активноÑти производных кумарина в количеÑтве 45 Ñоединений в отношении вируÑа гриппа (H1N1). ПредÑтавлено Ñтроение вируÑа гриппа, возможные мишени дейÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ¿Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð². Проведены иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ð¾Ñти in vitro и in vivo.
In this paper, the antiviral activity of coumarin derivatives in the amount of 45 compounds against the influenza virus (H1N1) was studied. The structure of the influenza virus are presented for showing possible targets of the drugs' action. The activity was studied in vitro and in vivo.
