Abstract

В выпускной квалификационной работе раскрыта сущность понятия «СМЕРТНАЯ КАЗНЬ», изучены основные принципы судебно-экспертного исследования и особенности его классификации. Исследована практика назначения, производства и оценки судебно-экспертного исследования.

In the final qualifying work, the essence of the concept of "forensic expert research" is revealed, the basic principles of forensic expert research and the features of its classification are studied. The practice of prescribing, producing and evaluating forensic research has been investigated.
