Abstract

В данной работе изложена сущность международно-правовых отношений. Рассмотрены особенности соотношения международного права и правовой системы Российской Федерации. Проведён анализ осуществления правового регулирования в рамках национального и международного права. Изучены вопросы соотношения национальной правовой системы и норм международного права.

This paper describes the essence of international legal relations. The features of the correlation between international law and the legal system of the Russian Federation are considered. The analysis of the implementation of legal regulation in the framework of national and international law is carried out. The issues of correlation between the national legal system and the norms of international law are studied.
